  • Yes. Our studio is by appointment only for all services, even for shopping. We do not offer walk-in appointments at this time. .

    • Our availability is live and always up to date so if you do not see any open times, please continue to check back for more availability!

    • Please note that you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment via the booking confirmation email.

  • No. For your health and safety we do not install or pierce with jewelry purchased outside of the studio.

  • We require parental consent for all piercing services performed on minors under the age of 18.

    Age Requirements:

    • Earlobes: 5+ (Please see below for our requirements for lobe piercings on children 5 years and up.)

    • Nostril, Single Helix: 12+

    • Select Ear Cartilage, Septum, and Eyebrow: 14+

    • Oral and Navel: 16+

    • Surface, Bridge, Nipples and Genital: 18+

    Parental Consent Requirements:

    • Parental consent is required for all minors (under the age of 18.) A parent or legal guardian must be present. No exceptions.

    • Both the minor AND legal guardian must each bring valid government-issued photo or non photo ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license, birth certificate).

    • We ask that children aged 5 and up verbally consent to pierce their earlobe(s).

  • Our piercing service fee starts at $45. The cost of jewelry is not included in the service fee.

  • The pain is minimal. Most clients say it hurts less than they had anticipated. We do everything in our power to make sure the procedure is as comfortable as possible.

  • Yes. We use a new single-use needle for every procedure. We do NOT use piercing guns of any kind.

  • We’ll walk you through the waivers and necessary paperwork for your procedure, and help answer any questions.

    All jewelry available for your piercing will be selected during your appointment. Please note that any product purchased is final sale.

    We’ll get your jewelry ready and sterilized before the procedure.
